'I have always had a special interest in all areas of Succession Law – Estate Planning and Estate Administration through to Estate Litigation. Seeing positive outcomes for my clients is my number one priority.'

Kristen started her professional journey working at a law firm during high school. She continued part-time while earning her bachelor’s degrees and completing her practical legal training, and was promoted to Succession Law Solicitor at the same firm upon her admission to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2018. Here, she gained valuable experience in all aspects of Succession Law and some Family Law and Property Law/Conveyancing. In 2021, Kristen was admitted to the High Court of Australia.

Kristen’s background in both Family Law and Succession Law has given her a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of these areas of law. While working in Family Law she gained a keen insight into the challenges arising from family dynamics - knowledge that proves invaluable in her current focus on Succession Law.

'I believe my strength lies in one-on-one client interactions, attentively following their direction, and managing their cases with professionalism and integrity.'

Kristen understands the highly personal nature of Succession Law and works closely with clients to provide quality advice, ensuring every client feels their voice is being heard.

In 2023, upon completion of her Master of Laws (Applied Law), Kristen was awarded a Graduate Fellowship of the College of Law in recognition of her outstanding academic achievements.
