Aysela Kolasinac

Aysela is a Senior Associate in our Insurance & Health team and is based in the Melbourne office.

Aysela specialises in:

Aysela has extensive expertise in the Victorian workers' compensation jurisdiction, her experience includes representing the Victorian WorkCover Authority in disputes relating to common law, serious injuries, and statutory benefits litigation across the Magistrates, County, and Supreme Courts. She has also represented a large national self-insurer client, providing strategic advice on claims management and their workers' compensation litigation with a focus on early resolution of cases.

Aysela is now leveraging that wide-ranging experience in her public liability practice encompassing defence of personal injury claims under the Wrongs Act 1958, worker-to-worker and third party recovery litigation. She has a forensic approach to her work and thrives on the challenges of delivering excellence and best possible outcomes for her clients.
