Ashlee is a Senior Associate in our Insurance & Health team and is based in the Melbourne office.

Ashlee specialises in:

• Health Law

Ashlee acts for and provides advice to professional indemnity insurance providers and medical defence organisations and their members on issues including medical negligence and personal injury claims, disciplinary proceedings, coroner’s investigations and inquests, and risk management. Ashlee has acted for and defended a variety of medical and health care providers including hospitals and medical practitioners.

Ashlee holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts. She is a member of the Australasian Professional Indemnity Group, Young Insurance Professionals, and Women in Insurance Victoria.
