Demi’s CTP experience ranges from minor low impact collisions to major accidents resulting in catastrophic injury.

'Establishing rapport quickly with insureds is especially important because being the subject of a claim, complaint or investigation can often be a stressful and anxious experience – and it is our job to make them feel like they are guided and supported through the process.’
