Ysabelle Kong

Ysabelle specialises in health law, medical malpractice and personal injury claims. She has experience advising on professional indemnity and medical negligence matters.

Ysabelle has acted for and defended a variety of medical and health professionals including medical practitioners, psychologists, physiotherapists, dentists, and a range of allied health professionals.

Earlier in her career, Ysabelle worked as a claims manager at one of the largest national insurer companies and has previous experience acting for public liability insurers. This experience allows her to bring an insight into the strategies and approach to resolve claims for her clients in addition to a practical understanding of the civil litigation process.
