Toby is a Principal in our Insurance and Health team and is based in the Sydney office.

With over 20 years’ experience, Toby focusses on disputes in the healthcare and life sciences sector, in addition to advising on product liability, professional liability and general liability risks in other industries.

Toby acts for healthcare and consumer product manufacturers, corporate and individual healthcare providers, and insurers. He has acted in some of the most significant healthcare class actions in Australia over the past decade and advises clients in individual healthcare product and medical malpractice actions, regulatory investigations, inquests, and commissions of inquiry.
