Tessa is a specialist insurance lawyer with a focus on personal injury claims. She advises a number of government bodies and insurer clients on a broad range of personal injury matters. Tessa has acted on behalf of various insurers, including business owners, host employers, schools, hospitals, builders, facility managers, and cleaning companies.

Tessa has worked in the insurance industry for more than seven years across various Australian jurisdictions including Western Australia and the Northern Territory, before returning to Victoria. In addition to her personal injury expertise, she has extensive experience defending Workcover claims, acting in multi-party litigation across various public liability matters, handling coronial inquests, and representing both government and private clients.

Tessa adopts a pragmatic and sensitive approach to resolving and defending claims, while maintaining firm stances, when necessary, on behalf of clients. She provides tailored solutions depending on the commercial, cost, and policy considerations of each individual clients.

Tessa holds a Bachelor of Laws - LLB (Hons.) and a Bachelor of Arts.
