Stephanie Dunell

Stephanie specialises in personal injury and property damage liability, with a keen interest in claims involving complex causation disputes. Additionally, she has extensive experience advising on institutional liability claims that include multiple defendants and complex factual issues.

Stephanie acts for public liability insurers, self-insurers, and companies and has multi-jurisdictional experience having practised in Queensland prior to joining the firm. Stephanie has also advised on a range of general liability claims including workers compensation, and medical negligence.

'I work predominantly with government insurer clients and find professional satisfaction in developing individual working relationships with each claims manager by working on various matters with them over time. I have developed and nurtured professional working relationships with clients in Queensland and now brings that same approach to my New South Wales clients.
