During his time at Barry Nilsson, Sam has gained first-hand claims handling experience, completing multiple secondments with the liability claims team of a major Australian insurer.

Sam's key practice areas are:

Before joining Barry Nilsson, Sam worked in the External Dispute Resolution department of a top 20 ASX-listed financial services firm. He was responsible for resolving disputes referred by the firm’s clients to the Financial Ombudsman Service (now known as the Australian Financial Complaints Authority).
