Peter specialises in large infrastructure disputes, commercial and property disputes, financial lines and professional services litigation, complex liability disputes, and regulatory prosecutions.

Peter acts for clients across multiple sectors, including global mining companies, international construction contractors, property and infrastructure operators, local government authorities, statutory corporations, and insurers. He has also acted for professional service providers such as valuers, accountants, engineers, and allied health practitioners, as well as industry bodies and large corporates.
