Paulina specialises in general liability including property damage and loss, product liability, building and construction, and policy coverage disputes. She also has experience in recoveries, personal injury, and dust diseases litigation.

Earlier in her career, Paulina pursued subrogated recoveries across various jurisdictions for her insurer clients, while also defending complex liability and indemnity claims. This experience has given her valuable insight into the factors that influence plaintiffs' decision-making, enabling her to develop practical and effective defence strategies for her clients.
