Navjeet Tut

Navjeet Tut is a Special Counsel in our Insurance & Health team and is based in the Sydney office.

She has practised in insurance law for 10 years acting for a range of insurers, large corporations and government agencies. As an experienced insurance litigator, Navjeet advises and acts for Australian and international insurers, corporate self-insureds as well public authorities in the areas of:

• Professional indemnity
• Public and product liability
• Property damage

Navjeet's practice has also encompassed policy interpretation/indemnity disputes, compulsory third party (CTP) and workers' compensation recovery matters.

She has undertaken 2 secondments, the latest being with a Lloyds syndicate insurer, which has given her a thorough understanding of her client's needs. As a result, Navjeet has a pragmatic and commercial focus on resolving claims and working with her clients.
