Natalee Barr

Natalee is a Special Counsel in our Insurance and Health team and is based in the Brisbane office.

Natalee specialises in:

• Public liability
• Personal injury
• Property claims.

Natalee has over 14 years’ experience in litigation and has worked predominantly with major insurer and self-insured clients.

‘I enjoy being exposed to a diverse portfolio of claims within the evolving litigation space and forming strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Acknowledging that each claim has a distinct set of factual and legal circumstances, I take a pragmatic approach to resolving claims and look for ways in which my client’s needs are best met in a cost effective and timely way.’

Natalee’s litigation experience includes claims involving multi-party disputes, contractual issues, policy interpretation, dual insurance and catastrophic injuries. She has acted on behalf of various entities including body corporates, large commercial retailers, host employers and principal contractors.

Natalee has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy). She is a member of the Queensland Law Society.
