Nadia specialises in public liability with a focus on personal injury and institutional liability claims.
Nadia acts for public liability insurers, self-insurers, and companies defending claims arising from workplace injuries, trip and fall injuries, catastrophic injuries, loss of dependency, nervous shock, and pure psychiatric injuries. Nadia also advises government bodies and associations in relation to historical and contemporary institutional abuse claims, and represents clients on professional indemnity and insurance coverage matters.
Earlier in her career, Nadia worked for a personal injury plaintiff firm and has a background in dispute resolution for banking and financial services which included investigations, providing written decisions, and conducting negotiations between parties.
