Krishna Alister

Krishna specialises in compulsory third party (CTP), public liability, and workers compensation. He acts for, and provides advice to, a variety of CTP insurers on claims under the Motor Accident Insurance Act and the common law, as well as recoverability and indemnity matters.

Prior to joining BN, Krishna worked for a national personal injury firm for several years. During this time, he acted for plaintiffs in public liability, motor accident, and workers compensation claims. Krishna has also worked at a general practice firm where he was practiced in broader forms of civil litigation, including defamation, employment law, contractual disputes, TPD, and QCAT claims.
