Kayla Lance

Kayla specialises in public liability, product liability, institutional abuse claims, and indemnity and coverage issues.

Kayla has extensive litigation and acts for local and international insurers across a range of liability matters, with expertise in institutional abuse claims. She has advised on matters involving religious institutions, juvenile justice centres, schools and out of home care providers, and has a particular interest in complex indemnity and coverage issues.

Kayla has also worked as an in-house lawyer for a national insurance practice, where she focused on knowledge management, legal technology, innovation and risk.
