Joshua Watkins is a Senior Associate in our Insurance & Health team and is based in the Brisbane office.

Joshua has extensive experience advising on complex public liability claims including catastrophic, multiparty, and NIISQ (National Injury Insurance Scheme Queensland) claims.

He also advises on catastrophic injuries including traumatic brain injuries and associated capacity issues, quadriplegia and paraplegia, amputations, and complex pain syndromes.
