Jordan Farr

Jordan specialises in professional indemnity, directors & officers, financial lines, product liability, and commercial litigation.

Drawing on more than 25 years’ experience in insurance law, Jordan acts for major and boutique local and international insurers, as well as Lloyd's and London market underwriters. He advises insurers, insureds and brokers on the interpretation and response of professional indemnity, D&O, product, and management liability policies, and defending a wide variety of claims covered by such policies. His experience extends to managing the coverage and defence of class actions, Commissions of Inquiry and coronial inquests, and investigations and proceedings commenced by ASIC and the ACCC

Jordan’s practice is primarily focused on assisting clients in the legal, financial, property, and construction industries, and involves acting in proceedings brought against directors, officers, and companies; as well as professionals across a wide range of disciplines, including lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurance brokers, engineers, and architects.
