Jessica Pendlebury

Jessica specialises in public and product liability, complex property damage claims including recoveries, and policy coverage issues. She works with both insurers and self-insureds and has been instructed directly by several large corporations.

With over 15 years’ insurance law experience, Jessica has acted in a number of multi-party construction disputes involving contractual indemnities and insurance provisions and has significant experience in claims arising in industries such as mining and gaming.

‘I enjoy the variety of matters which present themselves in the context of insurance litigation. No two claims are alike, and each new matter that comes across my desk requires a fresh approach. I also enjoy the opportunity to work collaboratively with both my clients and colleagues, and collegiality between the various insurance professionals we deal with on a day-to-day basis.’
