Jennifer is a dispute resolution and litigation specialist, specialising in financial lines including professional indemnity, directors & officers, public and products liability, regulatory investigations, and prosecutions, and defamation.

Jennifer works for a range of professional services providers and assists clients to resolve their disputes to allow them to maintain their focus on the operation of their core business. These include acting for construction companies, mining companies, civil contractors, engineers, architects, real estate agents, company directors & officers, financial advisors, educational institutions, and medical practitioners.

She acts in all Western Australian Courts and has acted in interstate and Commonwealth jurisdictions.

She has a background in construction and major projects litigation including managing high profile and high value private arbitrations and multi-jurisdictional Australian Supreme Court proceedings for large construction companies. This includes disputes involving defective design, defective works, delay claims, contractual disputes, and regulatory compliance. She has also gained in-house experience at a major construction company, giving valuable insight into commercial operations, contract administration, and claims management.

Jennifer’s background in complex construction and major project disputes has given her a good understanding of the importance of engaging in early dispute resolution and negotiating a commercial outcome. Jennifer works proactively and collaboratively with all stakeholders to distil the facts, give sound legal advice and provide strategic recommendations to resolve the dispute pragmatically at the earliest opportunity.
