Jasmine Price

Jasmine is a special counsel in the Insurance & Health team and is based in the Sydney office.

Jasmine has practised in insurance litigation for over 20 years. She specialises in:

• Public liability
• Product liability
• Personal injury
• Professional indemnity (ranging from solicitors, managing agents, building inspectors but with a focus on allied health providers).

Jasmine’s experience also extends to industrial accident claims and large property damage claims.

She acts for domestic and international insurers and third party administrators including underwriting agencies and insurance brokers. Jasmine has also represented large construction companies and other self-insured corporations.

Jasmine is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the High Court of Hong Kong and the High Court of Australia.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce and is a member of the Australian Insurance Law Association (AILA), Women in Insurance (WII) and the NSW Claims Discussion Group (CDG).
