Jasmine Price

Jasmine brings more than three decades of experience in insurance litigation specialising in public liability, product liability, and personal injury. Her expertise also includes professional indemnity, with a focus on allied health providers, as well as experience advising solicitors, managing agents, and building inspectors.

Jasmine’s experience extends to industrial accident claims and large property damage claims. She acts for domestic and international insurers and third-party administrators including underwriting agencies and insurance brokers. Jasmine has also represented large construction companies and other self-insured corporations.

Jasmine is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the High Court of Hong Kong, and the High Court of Australia.
