Helen Li

Helen has more than 20 years expertise in personal injury law, both before and after admission to practice. She manages complex claims and disputes on behalf of insurers and specialises in public liability, compulsory third party (CTP) claims, recovery claims, general insurance law, and administrative law.

Helen brings a wealth of knowledge and dedicated service to her clients. She takes a strategic approach to every matter, whether defending fraudulent claims, navigating high-volume claims, or resolving contentious litigation with multiple parties. Helen's clients value her analytical approach, commercial insight, efficiency, responsiveness, clear communication, and focus on delivery outcomes that align with clients' business objectives.

‘I enjoy litigation, and I’m particularly interested in fraud investigations. I like working with insurance clients because they are cautious risk assessors but, at the same time, they are realistic about the likely outcome of claims when it comes to providing instructions to their legal advisors.’

Helen regularly conducts training sessions for clients and is a Law Society of New South Wales Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury law.
