Helen Li

Helen Li is a special counsel in our Insurance & Health team and is based in the Sydney office. She is a Law Society of New South Wales accredited specialist in personal injury law.

Helen is a highly experienced legal professional with more than 20 years’ expertise in personal injury law, both before and after admission to practice. She manages complex claims and disputes on behalf of insurers and specialises in public liability, compulsory third party (CTP) claims, recovery claims, general insurance law and administrative law, bringing a wealth of knowledge and dedicated service to her clients.

Helen has a strategic mindset to every matter, whether defending fraudulent claims, navigating high-volume claims or resolving contentious litigation with multiple parties. Helen’s clients value her analytical approach, commercial insight, efficiency, responsiveness, clear communication and focus on delivering outcomes that aligns with clients’ business objectives,
