Grace Denney

Grace specialises in responding to institutional abuse claims (litigated and non litigated) across Victoria, NSW, and Tasmania.

Grace has represented religious organisations, educational providers, and other non-government and government entities in response to allegations of historic institutional liability. Prior to commencing in private practice and later joining BN, Grace was the Associate to Associate Justice Derham in the Supreme Court of Victoria. In that role, Grace assisted His Honour across a variety of proceedings in the common law division including property applications and contractual disputes, institutional liability, administrative law, personal injury and wills & estate hearings, and urgent interlocutory applications.
