Georgia defends complex, litigated matters with a particular focus on personal injury litigation and matters involving fraud. She has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants nationally, but currently acts for several major national insurers and government entities in Queensland.

'During my time working in insurance, I have developed strong relationships in the industry which assists in achieving collaborative resolutions and avoids unnecessary exposure. That said, I am keenly aware of the factors which motivate my clients and work diligently to balance their short term and long-term interests.'

Georgia is focused on resolving matters during the early stages of litigation to limit financial exposure for her clients. This involves providing clear, concise advice and employing proactive strategies to encourage optimal outcomes.

'Work in the insurance litigation space requires a clear focus and solid understanding of the matters which may influence settlement. I combine complex analysis, strategy and advocacy to produce optimal outcomes for my clients.'

Georgia holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Creative Industries from the Queensland University of Technology. She is a member of the Queensland Law Society and Australia Insurance Law Association, and volunteers for LawRight. Georgia was a finalist in the AILA’s Ron Shorter Award in 2023 for her presentation on concussions in contact sport.
