Evan’s expertise spans a range of areas within insurance law, with a particular focus on professional indemnity, building and construction, property damage, policy construction and coverage disputes, as well as commercial litigation.

Evan acts for a range of professionals, including architects, engineers, real estate agents, solicitors, and barristers in both litigated and unlitigated claims, on instructions from both local and London based insurers. A secondment with a large insurer has also given him a strong understanding of his client’s business drivers, resulting in a pragmatic and commercial approach to his matters.
