Emma Maclean

Since her admission in 2013, Emma has practised exclusively in insurance law. She specialises in workers’ compensation and personal injury matters, regularly appearing in the Conciliation and Arbitration Services at WorkCover and the District Court of Western Australia on behalf of major insurers / insured employers and self-insured entities.

Earlier in her career, Emma represented plaintiffs in a range of personal injury matters. This allows her to bring an insight into the plaintiff’s strategies and approach to claims to achieve the best outcomes for her clients.
