Emma Maclean

Emma has practised exclusively in insurance law since her admission in 2013 and specialises in workers compensation and personal injury matters.

Emma brings extensive experience acting on behalf of major insurers, insured employers, and self-insured entities. She regularly appears in the Conciliation and Arbitration Services at WorkCover and the District Court of Western Australia.

Earlier in her career, Emma represented plaintiffs in a range of personal injury matters. This experience provides valuable insight into the plaintiff’s strategies and approaches to claims, enabling her to achieve the best outcomes for her clients.
