Emily has acted in numerous medical negligence claims against health care providers, hospitals, and health practitioners and has acted for, and defended, a variety of medical and health industry professionals. Her personal injury experience includes acting for public liability and compulsory third party insurers including catastrophic and fatal injury claims.

Emily also advises on professional indemnity, product liability, property, and Directors and Officers claims.
