Dexter specialises in:

Dexter advises a wide range of insurers and insured clients across multiple industries including government, not-for-profit, retail, real estate agency, construction, health care, education and law enforcement.
Dexter’s knowledge and skill set, combining employment law expertise and insurance experience, provide a solid foundation to assist his clients. His strengths are his legal and situational analysis, adaptability and his advocacy skills.

Prior to commencing his professional practising career, Dexter worked as Associate to His Honour Judge G.W. Neilson of the District Court of NSW, gaining invaluable experience in the Court’s criminal, civil and residual jurisdictions.
Dexter has extensive litigation experience in the various jurisdictions and courts in the State of NSW as well as in the Federal jurisdictions in the employment, industrial and workplace health & safety space, including the Federal Court of Australia, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the Fair Work Commission, the Australian Human Rights Commission, the District Court of NSW, the Industrial Court of NSW and the Industrial Relations Commission of NSW.
Dexter brings a sensible, realistic, yet empathetic approach to his legal practise. He understands the financial, mental and emotional toll that workplace disputes can have on businesses and individuals, and takes proactive steps to resolve claims and disputes at the earliest opportunity.
Dexter holds a Bachelor of Economics, a Bachelor of Laws, and a Master of Laws (Criminal Prosecutions). He is also entered on the High Court of Australia Register of Legal Practitioners.
