Danielle Davis

Danielle specialises in professional indemnity and health matters. She has a particular focus is defending professional negligence claims, insurance litigation, and commercial disputes.

Danielle’s clients include various major national and international insurers, large corporate insureds, professionals, and transport operators. She has experience in court proceedings including the management of complex multi-party matters and successfully defending an appeal to the Court of Appeal.

She is also the co-secretary of the Women in Insurance Queensland committee.
