Claire is an experienced litigator, specialising in property damage and public and product liability claims. Acting for insurers, self-insureds, and statutory authorities, Claire also has experience providing detailed indemnity advice across these areas of law.

Prior to working at BN, Claire represented plaintiffs and defendants in non-litigated and litigated property damage claims. Claire has also completed a secondment with an in-house government team, responding largely to litigated institutional abuse claims. This varied experience has provided her with valuable insight into the mindset and priorities of her clients as well as other parties.
