Chloe specialises in general insurance litigation with a particular focus on professional indemnity. She is experienced in advising insurers as well as a range of professionals in the property, farming, construction, legal, and medical and allied health industries.

Chloe has acted for companies and individuals in relation to statutory liability investigations and prosecutions, including by the work health and safety regulator following workplace fatalities or serious injuries.
