Chloe specialises in general insurance litigation with a particular focus on regulatory defence matters. Chloe’s background is in complex commercial disputes, in a range of jurisdictions. Chloe also regularly advises insurers in relation to indemnity and policy coverage.
Chloe represents a range of clients, including allied health practitioners, ASX listed entities, and family-owned businesses, as well as individuals involved in complex legal matters. Her work spans acting for companies and individuals in responding to regulatory investigations, advising health professionals during inquiries, and investigations, responding to requests from the coroner and acting for a witness in a coronial inquest. Chloe also defends negligence claims brought against professionals such as builders, engineers, accountants, insurance brokers, psychologists, and other allied health professionals.
Chloe has expertise in defending professional indemnity claims and navigating complex regulatory frameworks. She acts for companies and individuals in regulatory investigations following workplace fatalities and serious injuries and has also advised on the Work Health and Safety legislation across Australia and provided anti-corruption and anti-bribery advice to Australian entities operating abroad.
