Beth Royan

Beth practices in public liability insurance claims and provides advice in personal injury and property damage matters.

Beth acts for insurers and companies defending claims arising from workplace injuries, trip and falls, catastrophic injuries, nervous shock, and damage to property. This extends to companies defending and facing sentencing for Work Health and Safety Prosecution charges arising from category two offences.

Particularly in injury matters, Beth maintains a robust commercial approach, while also being empathetic to the claimant. She recognises the importance of her role when representing her clients and engages with parties on the other side of the claim in a fair, considerate, and respectful manner.

In addition, Beth has participated in several of Barry Nilsson’s Pro Bono Initiatives including with LawRight Queensland and Refugee & Immigration Legal Service Qld.
