Ben Ades

Ben practices in Wills & Estates law with a focus on estate planning, estate litigation and estate administration.

Ben also has experience providing advice in relation to charitable trusts, superannuation (including SMSFs), business succession agreements, power of attorney disputes and representing clients in guardianship matters within tribunal proceedings. Ben has a particular interest in multi-jurisdictional and cross-border estate planning and acts for high net worth clients with complex domestic and international estate planning requirements.

Ben’s career experience has encompassed roles in private practice as well as in-house positions with a Big Four bank, a Big Four accounting firm and a prominent Australian trustee company. These roles have provided Ben with invaluable experience and insight which he applies to achieve the best outcomes for his clients.
