Dive In Festival Comedy night: Under the Microscope: Are Micro-Aggressions Really so "Micro"?

Barry Nilsson is proud to be partnering with Aon and Berkshire Hathaway Speciality Insurance to host an inclusive comedy night as part of this year’s Dive In Festival, the insurance industry’s leading festival for diversity, equity and inclusion. We would be delighted for you to join us for an entertaining and informative evening.

The comedy night will take you on a humorous and deeply personal journey to navigate the often complex and sensitive nature of micro-aggressions. Well known comedians Lizzy Hoo and Andy Saunders will set the tone for the evening, and industry panellists will come together to share their experiences with micro-aggressive behaviours in the workplace.

The panel will explore the everyday prevalence of micro-aggressions, its psychological and physiological impact on those affected and how, through education and active listening, we can contribute to creating a safe environment for all colleagues based on mutual respect and inclusivity by building #BraverCultures.
