Prior to joining BN, Tom practiced exclusively in the health law area working at both a health law specialty firm and an Asia-Pacific specialist insurance and risk law firm.

Tom specialises in:

• Professional indemnity and regulatory complaints

Tom acts for medical indemnity insurers, defence organisations, and their members in relation to a wide range of matters including medical negligence claims, regulatory complaints, disciplinary proceedings, coronial investigations and inquests, employment disputes, and criminal allegations.
