Having over 20 years’ family law experience, Natalia is highly experienced in relation to negotiating outcomes for her clients and representing them (including third parties) in mediations and court proceedings (including Appeals) in the Federal Circuit & Family Court of Australia and State Courts.
Natalia specialises in:
- Complex property matters involving high net worth individuals and large corporate structures
- High conflict parenting disputes, including relocation matters, specific parenting issues, and family violence matters (including the overlap between family violence orders and the effect of such orders in parenting matters)
- Negotiating, drafting, and advising individuals considering entering into financial agreements (pre-nuptial, post separation and child support agreements)
- Advising on issues relating to the enforceability of such agreements
- Advising and acting for individuals in relation to spousal maintenance matters, injunctions, and other ancillary issues

Natalia has acted for high-net-worth clients and matters involving large and complex corporate structures involving asset positions of over $200 million as well as individuals and families contemplating entering into financial agreements prior to a relationship, or marriage, or for asset protection purposes across Australia and internationally.
