Mandy Jaswal

Mandy is a Senior Associate in our Insurance and Health team and is based in the Melbourne office.

Mandy specialises in:

Since her admission in 2014, Mandy has advised on personal injury claims, including public and product liability, workplace accidents, statutory recovery actions, and sensitive and historical abuse matters. She has also advised on claims arising from injuries sustained during sports, leisure and recreational activities, such as mountain biking, shooting and gymnastics. She further enriched her experience by working in Plaintiff personal injury law for a period of 2 years prior to joining Barry Nilsson.

She has acted in numerous high-value claims and has successfully defended (and prosecuted) several matters to verdict.

Mandy’s commercial and insightful approach provides clients with efficient and timely resolution of claims where possible and robust representation where required in litigated disputes.

She takes the time to build positive and fulfilling relationships and serve as a trusted adviser to clients and colleagues.
