Erin has worked on an array of complex liability claims including advising on liability issues arising in multi-defendant matters, disentanglement of injuries, and whether claimed injuries satisfy legislative thresholds. She is experienced in managing litigation issues and navigating competing interests to achieve realistic and fair outcomes for all concerned.

Erin has over 12 years’ post admission experience in insurance litigation. This experience has predominantly been acting for defendants in personal injury/workers compensation claims, as well as in-house claims experience defending complex institutional claims.
