Ben Dowling is a Special Counsel in our Insurance & Health team and is based in the Melbourne office.

Ben is an experienced insurance litigator with extensive experience in property damage claims and subrogated recoveries arising from property damage and provides advice to insurer clients on complex indemnity and policy issues.
